Due to restrictive legislation regarding the direct shipment of wines into particular states, the 5 O'Clock Shadow Wine Club cannot ship wine to the following states: IL, ME, MI, MS, ND, NH, NY, PA, UT, VA, WI.
Recurring charges: Automatic recurring renewal charges on your credit card, debit card, or payment account will continue to be withdrawn until you cancel your wine club subscription; cancellation terms are stated below. Recurring charges through a third party (Credit Card, Debit Card, bank, or third-party institution) as part of the automatic renewal plan or arrangement and amount of the charge. The amount of the charges may vary as wine prices may change during the duration of your membership. Recurring charges through a third party as a part of the automatic renewal plan arrangement.
Cancellation: Members may cancel the wine club at any time after receiving one year of wine club shipments/pick-ups, or four consecutive shipments/pick-ups of any Shadow Ranch wine clubs joined. If you should cancel prior to the 4th shipment/pick-up, you may be charged a $60 early cancellation fee. Wine club will continue until canceled by you. All wine club cancellations must be in writing 10 business days before the charging of the upcoming club shipment/pick-up. Email cancellation letter to: info@shadowranch.com
