2022 Petit Verdot

This gorgeous Petit Verdot is a very dark cherry in color. The aroma is complex, with both sweeter notes of caramel and honey and citrus floral notes of orange blossom and rose hips. Flavorful notes of cranberry, red currant, and blood orange tease the palate. This wine has a great balance of mouthwatering acidity on the front and subtle but present tannins on the finish, contributing to a full body with plenty of delicious complexity. Pair with spicy salami, herb-filled dishes and savory stews.
